Program Description

Nursing Assistant Training Program
- 160 Hours

This course introduces the students to the role of a nursing assistant with instruction in basic skills and competencies. Theory classes will be held in the classroom and clinical hours will be at the contracted training facilities and laboratory.

The objective of our Certified Nursing Assistant program is to prepare the nurse assistant (CNA) for Certification by the State of California as an entry-level healthcare worker in healthcare facilities (Hospital, nursing homes, schools, jails, private care, hospice / home care and more). Our curriculum covers both theory and practical application on skills needed to function as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA).

Upon successful completion of the traning, the gradute will be able to perform vital signs, CPR-first aid, collect patient date, prepare patients for physical examinations, and assist nurses with patients’ care.

Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Graduate In Just 1 Week!

The Home Health Aide Program will be held in a classroom and clinical experience will be at the contracted skilled nursing facility. Our CHHA training is imparted by experienced registered nurses and at the conclusion of the Home Health Aide Program, the student sits for a completion examination at the school. If successful, students will receive their CA State Certificate within a few weeks from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).

Program Description

Certified Home Health Aide Traning Program - 40 hours

A 40-hour supplemental theory and clinical traning course program which helps prepare the Nurse Assistant Student or CNA become a Certified Home Health Aide. Theory classes will be held in the classroom and clinical hours will be at the contracted training facilities and laboratory.

Certified Home Health Aide Traning Program - 120 hours

This 120 hour (3 Weeks) theory and clinical training course program is for those candidates that want to become certified as a Home Health Aide without taking the certified nursing assistant CNA training first Theory classes will be held in the classroom and clinical hours will be at the contracted training facilities and laboratory.
